A spiritual seeker must be like a cow, seeking out the grass that is nourishing. Every true master, every true path, every teaching will give you something. But what you need is what is nourishing for your stomach. If you think that it’s good for you, then digest it well. Stick to one place; eat well and patiently. Ask yourself, ‘How can I apply this in my life?’ Get convinced, then, like a cow eating its cud, swallow it again and let it express in your daily life. And certainly, whatever the outcome may be, the result of your life will help feed humanity…
